For many neurodivergent women in business, especially women of color, every meeting comes with a double mask: one for neurotypical expectations and one for everyone's idea of "professional." That's real work, and it adds up. Fiercely Unmasked is a six-week coaching group where you can set the performance down, understand how your brain actually works, and build business systems that fit the woman underneath the mask. Over six weeks, we'll explore: Masking and the interest-based brain Executive function and the "Wall of Awful" Your sensory and energy budget Rejection sensitivity and your protective parts Money, dopamine, and your unmasked brand Burnout prevention and your Minimum Viable Week You'll leave with your Unmasked CEO Blueprint, a personal operating manual you build one page at a time, plus a circle of women who get it without needing an explanation. It is coaching and education, not therapy.
