Sound familiar?
-
You re-read an email five times so it doesn't sound "too aggressive" or "too emotional."
-
You can solve everyone else's complex problems, but you forget to eat lunch.
-
You'll reorganize your whole office to avoid one high-stakes phone call.
-
You lose six hours in a creative project, then feel hungover for two days.
-
You have 30+ tabs open because closing them feels like deleting part of your to-do list.
-
You feel guilty on low-energy days because you're comparing yourself to a linear CEO who doesn't actually exist.
If you nodded more than once, you're in the right place.
The Reframe
You're not undisciplined. You're doing twice the work.

In most professional spaces, you're performing twice: once for neurotypical expectations, and once for narrow ideas of what "professional" is supposed to look like. That load runs in the background of every meeting, pitch, and invoice.

Most business advice was written for brains and bodies that don't carry that load. So when the "best practices" don't stick, it's easy to decide the problem is you. It isn't. Often it's a mismatch between how your brain works and the environment you've been asked to work in.

Fiercely Unmasked is a space to set the performance down, understand your brain, and build business systems that fit the woman underneath the mask.

What is this?
Small-group coaching with clinical knowledge, for neurodivergent BIPOC women entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders. Over six weekly sessions, you'll learn the brain science behind the patterns you've been blaming yourself for, and you'll leave with a personal operating manual for your business.

-
6 weekly sessions, about 2 hours each
-
Hybrid: join in person in Houston or live online. It's the same room and the same conversation.
-
A small group, limited to 10 women
-
Brain-based learning, guided reflection, and hands-on planning. Not a lecture series.
-
Participant guide and tools included
The Six Weeks
Week 1: Both Masks. Name what masking has protected, and what it has cost. Learn why your brain runs on interest, not importance, and what that means for how you work.
Week 2: The Business Engine. Meet your "Wall of Awful," find your real bottleneck, and build outside supports like body doubling and a dopamine menu, so getting started doesn't depend on willpower.
Week 3: Your Sensory & Energy Budget. Treat your sensory load and your energy like business capital. Map your real energy rhythm and design a week around your peaks instead of a 9-to-5 template.
Week 4: Navigating the Sting. Understand why a "no" can feel so physical and practice an IFS-informed way of leading yourself through it, with a recovery protocol for the hard days.
Week 5: Worth & Visibility. Put healthy friction between impulse and spending and discover how the way your mind connects ideas can become the heart of your brand.
Week 6: Sustaining the Fire. Learn your early warning signs of burnout, build a plan for low-battery seasons, and complete your Unmasked CEO Blueprint.

“I created this course because I continued to see the patterns of BIPOC women in business struggling with who they were in corporate settings, being told that their unique patterns of thought and behaviors were the problem. That could not be further from the truth. Learning how to be fully you in an environment that may not completely understand it doesn’t mean that you are doing it wrong. Here you learn how to use these things to our advantage.”

This is coaching with clinical knowledge. Jenai brings her training as a licensed counselor to a coaching and education program. It is not counseling or therapy.
